Perhaps you're feeling a few muscles you forgot you had after all that digging, weeding, pruning and mowing! I think you deserve a massage after all of that! January is super busy with my clients at Beachside Physiotherapy, extra shifts as Receptionist at Aspire Physiotherapy & Pilates Glenelg and a week with a Town Down Under tour group from New Zealand.
