Beautiful way to begin the day, sand under the foot , smell of the ocean, waves crashing, feet cooling down in the water, breathing the fresh air in, all as the sun rises. 21.01.2022 Sorry not sorry .... I love seeing Melissa response to my message when I ask if she wants to train. She says yes! I say what do want to do? She says anything you tell me to! So we set out for a little jog... thats all I wanted to do... about the 2 km she asks... just curious but how long is it? To my knowledge I say about 7kms.... ... 10.6 km later ... through bush and hills... She is a pocket rocket ! Leaving me sore today. Great motivation though! . (< social distant running)

18.01.2022 Announcing: Unfortunately, following the government guidelines and recommendations from Fitness Australia, Ebony lifestyle will close operations until the 30th of March it will then be re-evaluated. It is a very hard time for all and I still want you to know that the open outdoors with limited healthy people is a place to stay fit and healthy. ... There is so much you can do from home, home gym and outdoor training. If you need any ideas, tips or programs to train from home please do not hesitate to ask me. 11.01.2022 How is everyones training going? I really hope you are finding some good resources to help you stay fit and healthy during this time! Some times it doesnt always workout but keep trying! This is me attempting a home workout. It was round three before I lost it. Kids were not helpful at all !! Haha! Its ok to try new things and perhaps they dont quite go the way you planned. The days are getting a little more thin of ideas to keep kids and home life going. Please stay fit... and miss you all! You got this!

07.01.2022 Tuesday night we saw some clients smash out a big workout!!! Completing 400 burpees plus more !!!! Burning over 2,500 calories ! We saw clients take on 80 burpees 4 km bike rides plus more ! To then see clients get outdoors tonight with a full 45 min boxing session working the whole body! ... And finished off the night with a nice 30min walk / sprint away from a huntsman! Who could have thought we could run so fast at The end of the night!! 06.01.2022 Today my family did a little workout together. It was pretty short lived by the kids but they did enjoy what they did do. I have been training outside more... obviously.. what I have come to realise is outdoor training was where my first passion for fitness for myself and others came from! It has been so nice to be out training and seeing others adapt and keep training in whatever shape or form they can manage at this time. I first began training people outside for a few re...asons, it was cheaper than paying a gym! And I was only 17 starting my business. Also that is was accessible to all people. Dont get me wrong there are specific benefits with machines and weights but not limited. If your struggling with what to do exactly or want some online training Ebony Lifestyles is not running any programs however I can recommend some local trainers who are going online -Upfront Fitness -Tonez fitness coaching and performance Toni Vukain

04.01.2022 What can I control in my health during this time? As we all know most gyms are closed, along with that goes our weekly routine, our connection with our trainer and other training buddies at the gym, our mental well being of not looking forward to a class or to your normal workout. It seems all to over whelming to think about how this effects your body, your mind and you may be asking.. what will I do now? How is this going to effect me? How can I keep healthy and strong duri...ng this time? So at a time when it seems all control is gone I am going list a few things you can control: 1. Keeping active! There are over 1000 YouTube clips and online at home training programs you can follow along with at home to keep active. You may need to reset your thinking on what training looks like for you. It will have to look at little different for a while... and who knows you might find some new interesting and challenging ways of training that you might take with you from here on out! 2. Mental health, choose to take this as a positive aspect, choose to be calm, choose to not let this defeat or define who you are. 3. Community, there is a lot of people having the same thoughts reach out and chat about how you are staying in control and share fitness, diet and health ideas together. 4. Diet! Food is food, yes it may be limited at the moment but try not to stress eat, over indulging in high processed food and keep a food diary or be accountable to someone else in regards to this. Did you know I message my sister every week day what we eat! We felt we both have been slipping this over the last two stressful days so we both have to make sure we keep doing it. 5. Make a new routine or stick to your old one! If you used to go the gym 6-7 on a Monday then still have that time to be active. Or if your working from home maybe you can find time to train during the day or meal prep during the day. These are few things you CAN control so keep it up and keep healthy my friends. You got this !

04.01.2022 With everything going on and many gyms closing. Ill be putting a few extra classes on this week. It is still so important to keep fit as there are so many benefits ! Our sessions will be limited to 8 people. They will be outdoors and in the fresh air! I will reduce prices for all the classes as we are facing some hard times ! They will only be $10 per class and FREE for the running class. Sessions will still require common sense of following the health guideline on the hea...lth Nsw requirements of if you are sick or in contact with someone overseas or if you have been overseas you will not be allowed to attend the session. 02.01.2022 Botanic gardens has been my go to at the moment. It may be for a 10km 5km run or a nice recovery stroll. It has been so nice training outside when I can, through these very difficult times I must say I feel a little better after getting my heart rate up and training without putting pressure on myself. Letting go the competitive Ebony for a little while is nice. Where have you been training? What have you been doing? How are you incorporating strength? You got this!
