21.01.2022 We have had a jam packed weekend and I have just taken the last hour to set all of my goals and intentions for the week ahead. Planning for the one hour on a Sunday makes for a smoother week and hopefully less stress. We all have things to do and we all live ‘busy’ lives but if your schedule is planned you’ll actually have more time than your realise.
