16.01.2022 A group of Agfest 2017 Committee and Volunteers are participating in the World's Greatest Shave for the Leukaemia Foundation - who is our Agfest Charity of Choice for 2017! A few are shaving, a few are waxing, and myself along with a few others are colouring! I'm chief waxer - the boys may cry a little ... Support us by donating - I've put $560 which helps cover a weeks accommodation near the hospital for a family with someone who's got leukaemia - which maybe will help out for a week- but knowing first hand that families can end up staying for 6+ months!!! So I'm colouring my hair for Miss Ella - my gorgeous little second cousin who's conquering Leukaemia like a trooper... more times than she, let alone anyone else, should ever go through... horrible to watch and see. Has been a long and scary road... So please - jump on and donate - and if you wish to participate I am sure we can arrange something!
