24.01.2022 A little warming story to kick start the holiday season from order, manufacturing to delivery, all within 72 hours! On Tuesday morning, a customer in a frenzy after flooding had overwhelmed his store. This was particularly stressful for the owner as the holiday wrap-up was fast upon approaching and was threatening his boxing day trading. Our dedicated team came together and was determined to help get our customer resolve his issue! With focus & agility on our side, we expre...ssed some yarn from our warehouse & put it straight onto the air entangler. With the yarn prepared, it was loaded onto our tufter and the tufting began! As the carpet flowed from the machine, it was hurried along to the finishing line where our backing was applied. Fresh out of the oven by midday Thursday, the new rolls were complete and sitting on the truck bound for Victoria. By 8:30am this morning ), the order is delivered and installation is underway just in time for the post-holiday trading!
