21.01.2022 The cutest Minions cake for Boston’s third birthday!!! These little characters are just the gorgeous with so much personality! It was loads of fun creating the solid minion topper as well as the main cake design. After all, a well finished cake is all about the little details! This Roblox cake was celebrated with family and to add to the celebrations, he’ll be prolonging his birthday by having another party in a few weeks time with friends!! 15.01.2022 A variation on my pink bubbles themed cake I made a little while ago! Loving the blue, aqua and silver tones of this fun and bubbly cake for Amy’s special 13th birthday! All elements entirely edible of course. I just adore camellia season, my garden is in full bloom at the moment and it made for such a pretty backdrop against the blue colour scheme. 13.01.2022 Exactly one year ago Audrey was celebrating her first birthday with the Dr Seuss theme Oh the places you’ll go. It was such a pertinent theme as we were all in such a place of unknown but hopeful we would get through the pandemic together. One year later, our situation in Australia and within our state is looking so much more positive and it’s been the most reassuring news that happy gatherings and special celebrations can freely take place at much larger numbers. All my fr...iends and colleagues in the entertainment industry have welcomed the news and have been experiencing a strong resurgence in party bookings. This was most certainly a mega month for me, a blockbuster record in fact! This year Audrey’s birthday cake was based on the well loved children’s book Room on a Broom. I absolutely loved making all the intricate details on this wonderful Room on a Broom cake, the witch, frog, dog, cat and bird all carefully and skilfully hand crafted from fondant. Happy 2nd birthday Audrey, it was a true delight to be asked to make your cake again this year. To celebrate the all round positivity one year on, I will be launching a special $200 voucher giveaway competition - A best of my COVID cakes collection! 13.01.2022 I was so super excited to be asked to make Hugo’s Ninjago cake this year. Poor Hugo unfortunately missed out on a party last year due to COVID but he sure had a big one to make up for the loss, a mega lego theme all the way with a party at the awesome Brickz 4 Kids! I absolutely LOVED making this Monastery of Spinjitzu Ninjago LEGO cake. All the details of the monastery were hand crafted from fondant and the dragon screens hand painted with edible gold lustre. The cake was... finished with Hugo’s favourite Ninjago LEGO toy toppers. Happy birthday Hugo, it was an absolute pleasure to make this special cake for you! 07.01.2022 Jacee is a very special girl who requested her favourite Pokémon characters, Litten and Rockruff to feature on top of her Pokémon cake! Both characters were meticulously hand crafted from solid fondant and the Pokémon logo was carefully hand painted with edible ink. Happy 9th birthday Jacee!! 04.01.2022 The most sweetest and adorable fairy garden cake for Quinn. I had the pleasure of making her sister’s cake earlier this year. Every detail on this fairy cake was carefully handcrafted and entirely edible, down to the pretty and delicate fairy wings! Although I love every aspect of this cake, I think my favourite has to be the woodgrain fairy door This weekend marks the last of my orders for the year.
