13.01.2022 January marks 10 years for me in the Fitness Industry! I started as a Group Fitness instructor teaching Boxing and Freestyle Spin. From there I progressed to instructing weights classes, trampoline, step, and many other pre choreographed and freestyle formats. I hold multiple certifications in many formats of group fitness (at one stage I was certified to teach 15 different formats) In all of this time I never needed to learn any Les Mills formats.
