20.01.2022 We recently joined forces with a client to help combat fraudulent number-porting, by developing a new product: Port Out Protect. Port Out Protect provides a more secure workflow and authentication method to reduce the potential for cyber criminals to steal mobile numbers for the purpose of identity fraud. Port Out Protect is currently in a private beta phase, and is due for release within our EAP product in early 2018.

19.01.2022 Referral marketing is a method of promoting products or services to new customers through referrals (existing customers). Referral marketing is generally cheaper than traditional marketing. The most common referral marketing campaign is a 'refer a friend' campaign, which involves:... 1. An existing customer recommending your product or service to a friend or family member, and inviting them to buy from you 2. The referred friend or family member makes a purchase, based on the recommendation of the referrer, and receives a monetary reward or discount 3. 03.01.2022 Last night, as part of the Logan Startup Hub initiative, we hosted Stewart Fleming from https://logan.mba. Stewart presented Fail Fast or Fold. An amazing presentation; inspirational and insightful. Stewart highlighted points such as learning from and dealing with failure; and the types and benefits of failure. We all fail at something daily, but we are not a different person when we fail - we are stronger, more resilient, and have gained knowledge. Looking forward to Stewart’s book release on this topic later this year, watch this space.
