05.01.2022 Sunday, 13 October at 2pm, is going to be a very special day for Echidna House, the Kawarren Community and our passing tourists. Our new Childrens Playground w...ill be opened. Its been a long haul, for all the volunteers in our community, they have given up so much of their personal time to help build this magnificent playground. The market was established 3 years ago to begin the fundraising, Sarah Henderson our past MP for Corangamite helped secure a grant towards the structure, Bunnings have donated many materials, Woolworths, Coles and many others have also contributed in their own way. The day is coming...the photo below shows the grounds as is before the playground. We will facebook the new look after opening. Please come and join us for the opening - everyone is welcome.
