24.01.2022 TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS |90% of EchoRealty residents have stated that they are satisfied with our services! Thank you to everyone who submitted responses to our Tenant Satisfaction Survey. This is the first year we invited EchoRealty tenants to participate in the survey and your feedback has been incredible, with an impressive 32% response rate! We appreciate how hard this year has been, but it has also been a year of growth and delivering high quality homes and s...upport to the communities we serve. Not long ago in May 2019, EchoRealty celebrated the management of 1,000 affordable housing properties and as of June 2020, we are proud to announce that we have reached a new milestone. Our profit-for-purpose real estate agency now manages over 1,400 properties, noting a growth of +40% in just a year! But there is more! The results of our survey have yielded more to celebrate, where 90% of EchoRealty residents stating they are satisfied with the overall services provided to them by the team at EchoRealty.
