23.01.2022 Only a week to go until our Healing and Kindness Sunday afternoon Dec 1st starting at 1pm -4 30pm at The Back Nine in Echuca. If you need some refreshing tim...e out for yourself before the Xmas madness hits, just send a yes through on here and I'll see you next weekend. A Grounding exercise outside begins our time together, followed by our Sound Meditation. The Sounds I play will lull you into a very deep relaxation that is so healing for your physical well-being. A delicious healthy afternoon tea will then be served. Our last experience for our afternoon will be spending time expanding Kindness towards each other, ourselves and our community, in an easy and profound way. You'll love it! Looking forward to seeing your lovely faces, see you there at around 12.45pm upstairs in the function room for our starting time of 1pm. Wear nice comfy clothing and be prepared to leave our afternoon far more relaxed than when you arrive! $45 per person or $80 for 2 You can pay on the day, just let me know before Sunday for catering purposes Thanks Karen
