20.01.2022 From R U OK day (10/9/2020) until October 10 World Mental Health Day Year 12 student, Georgia O’Callaghan, is aiming to climb at least 3046 stairs for the Virtual Firefighter Stair Climb that hopes to raise $500,000 to improve support services, fund research and raise awareness of mental health issues. Each stair that is climbed is symbolic of the struggle that people with mental health issues go through and 3046 is the goal as that is the amount of suicides committed in 2018.
