I always try to think of ways to improve your health but suddenly it occurred to methere is one way I haven’t yet helped you. ... I haven’t given you a definitive guide to staying healthy. So together lets focus on what we can do to create the healthiest version if you. And say good bye to old habits & unwellness as we work towards a healthier, happier you. Let's go . How many do you do already? 1. Spend 20 minutes outdoors every day. 2. Limit processed food. 3. Take a walk every day. 4. Balance your exercise between weight training, aerobics and stretching. 5. Listen to music regularly. 6. Do a random act of kindness every day. 7. Eat at least 2-3 servings of fruits every day. 8. Eat locally produced foods. 9. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. 10. Dance regularly. 11. Exercise at least 3x/week. 12. Journal regularly. 13. Throw out personal care products with ingredients from the dirty dozen cosmetic chemicals. 14.
