25.01.2022 FISHING IS STILL PERMITTED I’ve received many calls, texts and emails today from locals and people around the State concerned that recreational fishing ...is not allowed - it definitely is! NSW Police have advised recreational fishing is permitted, as long as people follow all other advice in relation to social distancing and gatherings of two or more people. It is vital you follow NSW Health guidelines around social distancing. Detailed advice on social distancing is available at www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19. As well as strictly following social distancing guidelines, all fisheries rules and regulations continue to apply in NSW, including bag and size limits. Please share this to allay people’s concerns.

02.01.2022 NSW Maritime have been working with local councils to provide new and safe boating infrastructure that growing community’s can enjoy. Would be great if our Councils were more proactive in working with Maritime in providing the same in Echuca/ Moama.
