23.01.2022 (Please read the full post) WE’RE BACK BABYYYY! RE-OPENING THIS FRIDAY AND WE ARE PUMPED!! Share this post and tag some friends to let them know!!... Head over to our website to see what’s showing! www.echucaparamount.com We will be operating the same as last time! Here’s a rundown: -We encourage customers to BOOK ONLINE! Unfortunately we're restricted to 20 PEOPLE per cinema - which means there may not be door tickets left! -Once your seats are confirmed our system AUTOMATICALLY books out the next 2 seats for social distancing practices. Hence, it is important to only have ONE booking (pay altogether) and sit in YOUR SEATS. There is a maximum limit of 10 people per booking. -Our system also caps ticket sales once it reaches the 20 person per cinema mark. There are no exceptions. Please note that the capacity may already be reached before the day of a movie - once again, you can see how full a cinema is by looking at the online cinema map in the booking process! -Also, every second row will be unaccessible to further enhance social distancing. -Please bring a cushion if required, our CUSHIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE during this time. -We now offer E-GIFT CARDS. They can be found and purchased on our website!! Once at the Paramount: -Sanitise stations are provided. -We encourage customers to pay with card -We have allowed 45 minutes between sessions to thoroughly clean our building. We kindly ask patrons to limit hovering and not show up extremely early for a movie so staff can clean properly. -Please maintain social distancing measures with other customers inside the building. Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards: -Valid Gift Vouchers bought between March 2019 and August 2020 are extended for 6 months. -Deals Day Vouchers will be valid for 2 years after our new re-opening date (13/11/2020) -Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from their date of issue -Unfortunately vouchers, deals day vouchers, gift cards, 3 & under tickets and carers cards cannot be used in our booking online system. We encourage you to check the seating map online (in the booking process) and if seats are still available to come in and transfer them to a ticket If you have any questions please send us a message!
