That doesn't mean that they are any less worthy of being your goal. Put that extra effort and time in because that's what makes it even more satisfying when you reach those goals!

19.01.2022 We can never have too many reminders to wash our hands! Everyone frequently touches their eyes, noise and mouth without even realising it, this puts us at risk of spreading germs from our hands to our face without knowing. This is a friendly reminder to wash your hands regularly and, when you can't wash your hands, use hand sanitiser.
