18.01.2022 A memory came up in my newsfeed this morning that shook me! Look what a difference 8yrs can make FOR THE BETTER?! When I was 23, I ate terrible foods, never exercised and had lost touch with my spirituality. I would have rolled my eyes if someone had of suggested meditation and I struggled with anxiety. Many of my relationships were toxic and I was merely "existing".... Fast forward to now. I am 31. I eat well, exercise, I am a mum to 2 beautiful boys. I meditate every night, I know myself, and through reiki and crystals I have been able to explore and heal parts of myself that I never knew existed. I have beautiful deep relationships and I am LIVING MY LIFE! I'm so grateful that my path changed directions and being on this new journey sets my soul on fire! I could go on and on and on but there are the main differences! Love and light xxx

13.01.2022 I live my life knowing and trusting that everything will come to me at the correct moment in time. I have been working on who I REALLY am alot lately, and then this video, and this woman came into my life and HOLY SHIT YES BABY - this resonates with EVERY part of me and my life and I can now walk around with my head held high because I too, am a TOO MUCH WOMAN

04.01.2022 The last 2 nights I have made "moonwater" Setting intentions into the stones and the water, and then going out under the full moon and leaving the water to charge in the moonlight overnight.
