16.01.2022 Nice to get great feedback on Google: Rolland came out to provide a quote on removing spray paint, green, bright pink and black, household paint (white) and burn marks that a tenant had left over a substantial portion of the garage floor and brick work. We had previously used a household pressure cleaner, hired a high powered cleaner and tried graffiti remover and hydrochloirc acid to no avail. To be honest, I thought the best that could be achieved would be to get the paint ...down to the same level as the concrete so we could paint over it without lumps. It was THAT bad. Rolland was confident he could remove 90% of the stains and said he had finished a job early and was happy to do the job immediately. To my surprise, 99% of the damage was able to be removed and it looks like new. I could not be happier and think it has added thousands to the value of my home which will now be sold.
