16.01.2022 WOD ANNOUNCEMENT Round 4 Round Before each round, partners complete: ... 50 DUs 10 Burpees R1. 20 Clean & Jerk R2. 20 Front Squat R3. 20 Snatch (P.Snatch 4 Opens) R4. 20 OHS R5. 20 Squat Clean R6. 20 Bear Complex Max. Cals on rower 16min cap Rx 60/40kg Opens 50/27.5kg Teams can select any sex pairing to start on either the rower or barbells. The pair on the barbells must complete 50 DUs and 10 Burpees at the start of every round. After the completion of both those movements, they then move on to R1. As soon as R1 is complete, they will tag in the pair off the rower to get R2 started. Complete this round for round format throughout the workout. Pair 1 will complete R1, R3, R5 Pair 2 will complete R2, R3, R6 There is no minimum work requirement as long as each pair completes the allocated amount of reps for their rounds. There will be 2 scores for this workout. The time for the barbell rounds and cals on the rower in the 16min time cap.
