10.01.2022 Check out the difference in root growth on these samples of our Empire Zoysia. Strong, deep root growth is the goal when establishing any lawn so if you're putt...ing down a new lawn don't forget to grab some EcoRed. These samples were taken from one of our trials where all other conditions and inputs were the same except one received a dose of EcoRed fertiliser and the results are amazing! Both samples still had good root growth and both had the beautiful green leaf seen in this photo but the increased root growth in the fertilised sample will produce a more water efficient and economical lawn and that's what we all want.

09.01.2022 Wishing everyone a safe and Merry Christmas from all the team at Eco Growth

07.01.2022 In Winter it's easy to forget what's going on underground and think now is not the time plant your new lawn. These photos were taken today and show the fantast...ic root growth a new lawn can achieve through Winter. These two samples were watered daily and not at all if it rained or the top 100mm of the soil was moist. The soil was prepared with Lovegrove underlay including bentonite. EcoGrowth EcoRed was put done under the turf to feed the roots and EcoVital was applied to strengthen the grass cells to stress and stimulate root growth . Also of note, of the varieties we grow Bison Soft Leaf Buffalo and Empire Zoysia are the slowest growers. Even better growth will be achieved with Wintergreen, Kikuyu and Ki-couchi. Right now you can still achieve this kind of root growth to set your new lawn up for the growing season with the benefit of keeping establishment and future water costs down. Call our friendly sales staff 9453 6222 today to discuss your lawn needs.
