23.01.2022 As soon as the natural swimming pool was built, we had native birds, bees, butterflies & dragonflies visit the pool; making it an excellent educational feature for kids. Rainbowfish, eel tailed catfish, glass shrimp and mussels were purchased locally & are thriving in the pool while they do their part to maintaining the water quality.

22.01.2022 A wetland works just like a biological filter; it creates an area in your pond thick with naturally-filtering plants, as well as rocks and gravel, which provide a surface for bacterial colonisation nature’s perfect filters. So a wetland, while naturally beautiful and pleasing to the eye, is a great filtration method, and will help keep your water healthy and clear.

20.01.2022 After some delays due to the rain, we are back on track with our recreation pond for Murphy's Creek Escape. This project includes a deep swimming section, a beach entry with a shallow kiddies beach area, an up-flow wetlands filtration/water garden, and a tiered waterfall stream. We can't wait to turn on the pumps and watch this project come to life!!

18.01.2022 The best backyards are landscapes that provide a beautiful sanctuary with a water feature where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the splendour of nature! We recently completed this fish pond for our very satisfied customers. As the weather warms up the plants and water lilies will continue to establish and the underwater lights add a whole new dimensions to the pond in the evening hours.

17.01.2022 Eco Billabongs recently completed a recreational pond at Murphy’s Creek Escape. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Glen’s attention to detail resulted in an ...awesome product that is receiving positive feedback from our guests. Our pond is beautifully designed with a three tier waterfall that makes it feel like something you’d stumble across in a forest somewhere. Glen’s knowledge of all aspects of pond design, plants, fish, dealing with contractors and council made this a no stress build from my perspective. Glen was reliable and responsive. The people who worked with him were also exceptional in terms of customer focus and attention to detail. 16.01.2022 Water is a life-giving element of the earth, without it we obviously would not exist. Yet in a chlorinated swimming pool, we attempt to kill anything and everything which attempts to live in it. Our natural swimming pools do the opposite, we create an ecosystem where all the good things in nature can thrive and work together to bring us the enjoyment we seek when we go for a bushwalk or go swimming in a national park waterhole. Imagine having something like this on your property to enjoy whenever you like...

15.01.2022 Another satisfied customer! Our client's request was to transform their old, damaged, and un-used swimming pool into a serene fish pond. Our customer had a particular vision for Japanese simplicity using small smooth bush rocks and 2 semi-submerged feature boulders. We also converted the existing brick stairs into a cascading waterfall.

13.01.2022 The waterfall plays a very important role in our designs, not only does it create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, it also adds oxygen to the water which is vital for the fish and other organisms in the pond.

12.01.2022 Our bees love using the natural features that we have layered into the wetland filtration section of our pool to rehydrate on a warm day.
