08.01.2022 Untouched since the 1970’s, this beautiful block-fronted Victorian home with cast-iron verandah was in serious need of renovation. The front section of the house was completely restored including reinstating the fireplace in the lounge room which was removed by previous owners. The back of the home was demolished with the new addition to the rear including adjacent bathrooms, one with beautiful navy blue claw foot bath, laundry/walk in pantry, open plan kitchen with stone bench tops, meals area with custom built bench seat and spacious living room with gas fireplace and double glazed leadlight windows.
