Our ever increasing population and insatiable appetite... for natural resources is set to tip the scale, we must act now! What can we do to reduce our ecological footprint? Take shorter showers Install a water saver shower head Close off rooms that don’t need heating or cooling Turn off lights and appliances not in use Compost your food paper waste Mulch your gardens Consciously think about your purchases Recycle Consume less meat Buy local Grow your own Share excess produce with neighbours and friends Choose natural fibres for clothing Reduce your use of single use plastics Drive less We have dramatically reduced our eco footprint in the past few years, as we became more & more self sufficient.
