14.01.2022 Bare with me folks, i setup this Facebook page, got heaps of likes, and Mum told me I need to post information and connect with Facebook friends and users. I started my Business, so i could have a job and earn money. The emphasis of my Business is to provide a Gardening Service, where I don't spray harmful Herbicides or Pesticides. These chemicals are Toxic, to humans, their pets, beneficial insects and the Environment. I embrace the " Organic " approach to my business dealin...gs and to my whole life. I would like to share a link from the ABC, reporting on a court case held in the USA (San Francisco) , where a court ruled in favour of a School grounds Keeper Mr Dewayne Johnson. As a consequence of using Glyphosate he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. This was the first case out of hundreds filed to go to trial, some countries in Europe have banned the use of Glyphosate. 12.01.2022 Winter is a great time to plant citrus with lots of rain it is easier to dig and water in to ensure a great start for your new tree! If you have questions or require assistance on planting citrus please message me. I have posted a couple of pics of planting a another grafted lime next to an existing kaffir lime. My client wanted juicing limes so planted close to existing tree to get the best of both worlds.

05.01.2022 Today was amazing weather in Adelaide for gardening! Now is the time to replant strawberry runners. They need replanting each year and the payoff is more plants and lovely organic strawberries in summer. I have made room in the raised bed for winter lettuces, topping up the bed with home made compost and pea straw.

02.01.2022 I made a choice to never use toxic Herbicides & Pesticides, this choice ended my employment with two suburban councils. After Completing a Permaculture design course in may of 2015, I was empowered to embrace the Organic lifestyle. I struggled to gain employment after making this choice, simply because Horticultural companies rely on "Glyphosate" a non selective herbicide to control "WEEDS". Therefore after allot of time spent applying for positions and attending interviews f...or jobs i had no chance of landing, i gave up. I got depressed, didn't leave the house, couldn't see a rosey future. My Fiancee, now wife stuck by me, supported me and helped me to start Eco-Ian Gardening services. I have had a slow start, i have now got some regular clients but will require many more. I wanted to share a link from the organic lifestyle magazine, concerning the lawsuit results for the third court case where individuals are suing Bayer Pharmaceutical the manufacturers of Round UP "Glyphosate". Glyphosate and other herbicides & Pesticides are toxic too our health. Farmers all over the world use Glyphosate to control weeds in the food crops people eat. Suburban councils spray Glyphosate on weeds at dog parks, playgrounds, suburban streets and in public areas.
