16.01.2022 In a time of chaos and uncertainty I’m choosing to be calm and place more focus on nourishing myself and our family. Smoothies are a great way to sneak a little extra goodness in. Here’s a few ideas we use and love: - Ashwaganda powder to support the adrenals( @qendahealth is my preference) - Beetroot powder for a little extra vitamin C (I buy in bulk from @morlife_ ) - Probiotics to support our gut. We use a variety but a mixture of homemade water or coconut kefir, @edenheal...thfoods ultimate biotic powder - Fibre to feed our gut bugs. This can be pure psyllium husk, linseed meal, chia seeds, slippery elm &/or oats - Leafy greens to alkalise and nourish such as kale, spinach, parsley, lettuce, fresh mint.
