22.01.2022 Looking awesome! Project update - ‘mid century modern’ 1 star to 6 star. The frame for this extension went up late last year, we now have a roof and deck which is seeing a LOT of use with a great outdoor/garden connection. The existing house is also re-roofed extending its lifespan. Of course #buildingdesign can happen in a home office, as can most consultants which are part of every project. Construction is considered an essential industry and is currently operating. Of course the future is unknown but hopefully this is good news for current and future clients...

A long thin house with a compact layout, lightweight construction and carefully placed windows is the solution here, featuring treetop views over the creekline below, and ground level access and sunshine on the north side. #passivesolar #compacthouse with @runaroo

07.01.2022 Not every day you get to pin your sign on a big shady Eucalyptus radiata... this project will be a modern family farmhouse with a rural/bush setting and great views! Interestingly you can just spot the heritage listed old apple cellar dug in the side of the hill if you look closely! @ Stanley, Victoria
