23.01.2022 Hey everyone, just putting it out there to see if anyone is interested in being on my home delivery list? Deliveries are fortnightly (tomorrow) and the contents of the boxes change every week. This week they'll have: Lettuce, Tatsoi, Mandarins, Avocados, Bananas, Apples, Potato, Carrot, Broccoli, Pumpkin, Ginger and Tumeric. Cheers

23.01.2022 Cabbages!! Cooler weather sees these delightful cruciferous greens heading up and bursting with goodness. Packed with phytochemicals, vitamin C and vitamin K, they are both easy to include in a meal and perfect at keeping us healthy through winter. To preserve the delicate nutrients it's best to eat cabbages as close to raw as possible - salads, stir-fries, sauerkraut and kim chi! 19.01.2022 Hi gang, home deliveries are happening this Wednesday and I'm putting it out there if anyone is keen to try a box of fresh organic fruit and veg. This week I'll be picking from the garden: Bok choy Lettuce spring onions Silverbeet... Sugar loaf Cabbage Coriander Kale I'll also have other local produce too. In other news back at Eco-Tasty HQ I'm looking to add groceries, nuts, legumes and seeds to my range soon and doing a new market on the coast so watch this space! 19.01.2022 It has been an epic journey of learning and understanding soil since starting my market garden last year. Of all the mistakes I've made it's always a direct result of soil and these have turned out to be the greatest lessons of all. My soil was a challenging sandy loam and I struggled to produce from it but it has been worked on now for over 18 months and is consistently producing some of the best crops I've ever grown. A testament to this is that they are still healthy after all the heat we have been experiencing, So much goodness is coming soon enjoy
