20.01.2022 I have been finding when people buy mobile phones the incorrect email is being setup in the mobile. The problem with this is the apps and back up is incorrectly configured. One couple had the same email address placed in both their phones. This took a couple hours to correct after adjusting the the account and getting the correct passwords. Then establishing the backup and testing. This is a fundamental issue I have seen in most mobiles to date.... Hot Tip, make sure you have seperate and correct email addresses in the cloud storage.

18.01.2022 With all of us stuck inside. My concern is families without I.T. person in the house. I can just imagine parents battling the computer and software issues. I was thinking the best way to share the load is teaching others how to use remote desktop support. While I cannot help everyone all the time. There are many family members with Microsoft Office Skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and research techniques. These skills are sitting dormant when they could be called upon to tea...ch skills to family and share skills. I have created a Free Download Guide for parents and grandparents to get started. I will share it in a link. This is great for families that live apart for work, travelling parents with skills they want to share. Certainly, I can still help with the Nerdier ICT issues but I am a big believer in the older generation sharing their wealth of knowledge. I hope I see a few people having a go at Remote Desktop Support with the family at some stage.

08.01.2022 1000 Words Campaign. To get older Australians to Save their Story. History is being lost, modern devices are pushing people away from saving important stories. I look to teach people over 60 to Save, Compile and Share the moments that shaped their lives. Stories to be passed down to generations. Legacy could save people for incredible pain and suffering. ... I will teach anyone who is interested in a method of recording the script for editing. The importance is just getting the words, emotions and reactions recorded. Think about your stories. I will start offering the campaign to people in the coming months.
