18.01.2022 Salt water pool glass fences can be notorious for dirt and grime deposits...much to the disappointment of the owner as frequent cleaning and recleaning is required. A photocatalyst coating application to the glass surface is invisible however the surface properties are changed by the coating so that any salt splash residue from the pools and dirt from the atmosphere can be rinsed clean by rain or dew condensation. Think about how dirt builds up on your car after a rain show...er where atmospheric dust is gathered by droplets of rain, which, when the droplets dry out, the dirt is left behind making your car dirtier. The photocatalyst coated glass will not allow water droplets to form and drying of vertical glass is rapid because there are no droplets. Less wet time equals less chance of attracting airborne dirt. 15.01.2022 Weve recently completed works at a private school in #NorthernSydney Similar to most public toilets, this boys bathroom was notorious for bad smells and lack of cleanliness. A swab prior to application to measure bacteria resulted an extremely high reading of 18,494 RLU. Surfaces coated with #ecotio2 #UltraC have significant health benefits including reducing the concentration of harmful and unpleasant substances even when measured over a relatively short time breaks dow...n. Harmful substances are broken down when they come into contact with ecotio2 Ultra C so the coated is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and has excellent deodorising properties. ecotio2 Ultra C has been independently laboratory tested for activity on a wide range of common substances responsible for acrid odours and health issues. After a deep clean, ecotio2 was applied to the ceramic floor and wall tiles as well as the ceiling. We tested the bacteria levels again and the results were very satisfying with a reading of 887 RLU. We intend to return to site in a few weeks and look forward to testing the bacteria once again. Im sure everyone is very pleased with the results, but esp. the users and their noses.

The white, formliner moulded concrete upstands on this carpark look as new as the day they were installed. The invisible coating is using light to self-clean air borne pollutants and the coated surface, the porosity sealer within the system is keeping water out and carbonation of the concrete surface at a standstill.
