25.01.2022 Welcome to eCounselling Australia. eCounselling Australia provides Online and Telehealth counselling and coaching services for clients whose lives have been challenged by invisible illness, single parenting, shift workers, outback and country living, and anyone who finds themselves unable to attend face to face appointments. Lisa Amalfi-Chiera created eCounselling Australia because of her personal experiences with chronic illness, widowed parenting, remarriage, and extended... family living in regional areas. She understands both importance, and hardship of budgeting; your time, your employment, your money, your health, family, physical, emotional and mental energy just to attend a face to face appointment. On those challenging days Lisa personally would have loved access to a caring trustworthy supportive Online and Telehealth counselling service. Our Facebook page has been designed to support our past, present and, new Online and Telehealth clients by providing a "Book Now" button located under our cover picture. The "Book Now" button takes you directly to our on line booking service. Another feature of our Facebook page is to provide you with simple free therapeutic tips to improve your lifestyle. Hints to enjoy better relationships with your partner, kids, family and mates, and ideas to look after your own mental health. To ensure you receive these posts, plus information on our program and specials in your news feed, please remember to "Like & Follow" our page. Plus look out for our hashtags #eCounsellingAustralia #counselling #counsellingservices #onlinecounselling #counsellingonline #threapy Blessings

23.01.2022 "R U OK?" eCounselling Australia is asking everyone to take a moment to ask a mate or family member if they are coping with the highs and lows in life today. 2020 has been a year like no other and everyone has is dealing with the impact of the pandemic, the lockdowns, social distancing, change of plans, and not being able visit loved ones differently. Its been tough. Now more than ever we need to ask each other R U OK? R U OKs day is about creating a world where everyone is... connected, and protected from suicide. A world where mates are able to inspire and empower each other to meaningfully connect with someone who is struggling with life. Where we listen and respect each other, connecting over the ups and downs of life strengthening the relationships because everyone feels they belong and some is there for us. 18.01.2022 For Victorian Residents Only: Early miscarriage, pregnancy or still born loss before 20 weeks is something we do not really talk about as a community. Recently the Victorian Government and, the Victorian Births Deaths and Marriage created a commutative certificate for any parent who has experienced this sadness in their life. While its not something every parent or family may want to have. For others parents and families its very healing, and acknowledges the little life t...hat was created and taken far to soon. The certificate is lovely and free, when it arrives it also comes with a warning on the back of the envelop that warns you that you may not want to open it alone - which is very kind. https://www.bdm.vic.gov.au//early-pregnancy-loss-commemora

18.01.2022 Imaged shared from another page however there is a lot of truth to it. Parents often believe they have not done enough at Christmas time with the kids. Yet you child or children see the world in a different light. Parents be kind to yourself this Christmas 2020 has been tough for all. Spend the time making memories. If things don’t go to plan, but you child or children are smiling then you have done well! Remember Christmas is never perfect so enjoy the fun!!!

11.01.2022 Emotional baggage effects everyone! Some times it pops up where we least expect it in our daily life, for reasons like not going on a holiday. Hugs for the suitcase that lives and hangs out at eeny meeny! Sometimes to solve the little problems all you need is a friend to listen a hot cuppa and a yummy meal from a great local cafe. eeny meeny is one of eCounselling Australias favs. Other times you may need the expertise of counsellor. Its important to look after all area...s of your health, especially your emotional and mental health. Expert Side Tip: If your suitcase is still sad with emotional baggage, like eeny meenys and needs a holiday, wait for a sunny winters day. Rug up, pack it full of items you would take on holiday. For example a book to read, a sketch pad and pencils, a footy, or toys for the kids. Add some food for hungry tummys to enjoy, and visit a new park. After your visit to a new park I am sure your suit case will be happier and, so will you

However I created this group to help all age groups pass the time and find a sparkle of joy as people take a walk around the local community. Its a Teddy Bear Window Hunt. ... Its designed to be fun, and follow all the social distancing rules while still letting little people enjoy our community as they go for a walk with Mum Dad, Aunty, Uncle, Nan or Pop etc. Happy Sunday

02.01.2022 The story of Australia began 60,000 years ago. Australia Day is a time to reflect, respect and learn about our national journey together, as a nation. Our robust and diverse story involves traditions and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. The wonderful food and different celebrations from a very multicultural and modern population. A population that is not going to let a global pandemic destroy our love of the great out doors, or our renowned world wi...de reputation for being laid-back, with a unique sense of humour. Our on going story and history involves: - A love of sport - Deeply sad events of the past with more to happen in the future - Drop Bears and other venomous critters - Weekend lunch at Bunnings for a snag - Tim Tams and Vegemite - Kangaroos, Wombats, Platypus's, Emus, Wallabies and cute cuddly Koalas. - A healthy respect for each others opinions, beliefs and traditions - Great Music - Bunderburg Rum - Carols by Candle Light - Sandy beaches with wonderful reefs, an outback full of red dirt, beautiful flowers, amazing rain forests and fantastic cities Where ever you are and what ever you are doing eCounselling Australia wishes you a peaceful and safe Australia Day!

02.01.2022 Today it was my turn for a Blursday. I was busy creating online content to support my clients return to life in what will become Australian societies new normal, my teens remote learning, hubby working from home. Everyone in their own little work spots. The clock turns 4:30, break time! Walking down the hallway, I decided to check in on my teenagers. Only to be told "Mum we have tutoring now." The "woorrllddd sssssssllllllooooooowed dddooowwnnnnnnn" as my mind pictured larg...e steel-grey metal gears grinding to a halt. Turning back around in the hallway, to view the family calendar, thinking it cant be tutoring this afternoon, because thats a Tuesday, and today is, ah, um, er... Blursday. The calendar confirmed that: 1) its Tuesday 2) my days have blended, and blurred together Blursday is when weekday days begin to blend together. Blursday happens during a rut, periods of isolations, lots of work Zooms, long illness or extreme stress. From a mental health perspective a Blursday is one of the ways the mind copes during challenging times. What has been your most memorable Blursday moment since lockdown began?
