16.01.2022 Christmas Trading Acknowledgement ECS will be closed from 4pm, Friday 18th December 2020 - Orders will be processed in house until 3pm on FRIDAY 18th DECEMBER 2020.... Any order placed after that time will be processed upon our return to work in January. We will partially re-open from the 11th of January. - For this week (commencing the 11th) we will only be there to dispatch orders, and will not be taking orders over the phone. - Online and email orders will be processed as normal and we'll only be contactable via email. - Any stock shortages, which are not manufactured in-house, will be ordered from the 11th...these may take some time to rectify, so please be patient. This partial re-open is to help us tackle the orders we'll be returning to. Trading resumes as normal from Monday 18th January 2021 - Stock needing to be manufactured, will be processed from the 18th Jan 2021

15.01.2022 Hi guys, Just a reminder that we are back at work from tomorrow - Monday 11th Jan :) ORDERS... Orders will start being processed and dispatched, we have a couple hundred to get out but we are hoping to power through and get as many as possible out tomorrow and Tuesday. Please be patient while we work on this. PICKUPS Any current orders that are pickup, will be contacted once the order is ready to be collected. Please DO NOT come to the workshop until we have spoken with you, in-line with our new approach to covid-safe regulations. CONTACT | NEW ORDERS New orders can be placed online and via email this week (Monday 11th - Sunday 17th). We won't have phones turned on this week, to allow us to focus on orders. NORMAL TRADING From Monday the 18th (next week) all systems are a go, phones are on, and normal trading resumes. Looking forward to a more positive 2021, and hope to see you guys throughout the year. 11.01.2022 Hi All, Just a quick note to you, our customers, letting you know our thoughts are with you in these crazy times. At this stage we will NOT be closing, our online service will continue as normal, with plenty of stock and healthy staff, all systems are a go. ... Australia Post is an essential service, so getting the product to you shouldn't be a problem. Again this may change as different lock down stages start to occur. With everything going on with COVID-19 we are committed to following all the Australian government guidelines, which have been set out so as to slow the virus. So with that in mind, from today (23th of March) there will unfortunately be NO pickup available. This will remain the case until we have confirmation from the government that it's safe to do so. PLEASE dont just show up.... it's risky, discourteous in the current climate, and we will have to ask you to leave.This is a very difficult time for everyone..please stay home where you can, stay safe...and be careful. Phones and emails, Facebook etc are all running as normal - please bear with us if it's hard to get through on the phone, we've been swamped, but are doing our best! 01.01.2022 Aus/Post Courier Delivery Delays Hi guys, Just a quick one.... We have had it brought to our attention this week that the delivery of some orders has been delayed. Orders are leaving our shop with the same speed and efficiency that we have always strived to maintain (in most cases and where an order is placed within business hours, they leave the same day) - however the delivery of those parcels is now slower than usual. As you can understand and with the social changes we've had lately, a lot more people are placing online orders..leading to more strain on delivery services like Australia Post. Please bear with us during this time - we will continue to work hard to ensure your parcel leaves us quickly, just keep in mind that the delivery may not be as speedy as you might like, and where possible, place your order as much ahead of time as you can. So far, we have encountered no delays within courier services (TNT)..we will update if this changes. Thanks for your patience guys, we truly appreciate it.
