25.01.2022 What a nail biter!! 16-14 in the fifth, congrats to our Div 2 women who play again at 12!

25.01.2022 VWA FEE INCREASES Volleyball WA have advised the club that there will again be increases in fees for the 2016 season affecting the VWA membership and game fees for the season. The club is unable to wear these costs and will be forced to pass on the fee increase to its members. Club fees however will not change from last year, and have not increased since the 2011 season! The club has written a letter to the VWA board for the second year in a row expressing concerns for our members in regards to heavily increased VWA fees over the last two years. We understand that costs of playing are a major factor for some members and have brought this to the attention of VWA. Our letter to the VWA board has received support from all but one of the indoor clubs involved in WAVL. We currently await a reply from VWA.

25.01.2022 Don't forget the final tryout session for the 2020 season is on tomorrow night. If you are attending and have not already registered, we request you signup before at the following link: https://docs.google.com//1FAIpQLSfTD-4CvMA6vTp529/viewform Based on current advice surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we will still be proceeding with tryouts tomorrow evening. As a club we take the health and safety of all members very seriously and will continue to monitor any changes ...to relevant guidelines. As way of caution if you have any flu-like symptoms, or you have recently returned from overseas, we kindly ask you to remain at home. If you decide to not attend tryouts for these reasons please let us know and note if you will or will not be playing this year for our initial team nominations. You will not be disadvantaged at tryouts for not attending due to illness! Also if you attended last week's tryouts and no longer wish to play the 2020 season please let us know. 01.01.2022 Congratulations to our Division 2 Womens team!! They beat Rossoyne in a tough 5 set match last night to make it through to the grand finals tomorrow. Make sure you get down to Loftus tomorrow morning to cheer on the Div 1 women at 8.30, followed by the Div 2 women at 12.
