25.01.2022 MASN will be attending this event this afternoon at Joondalup campus. Please come down and talk to our friendly team and participate in our fun activity. We will be doing some collaging with magazines, collating some dream or vision boards together to achieve some inspirational goals we might want to achieve both individually and as collectives. Other activities that will be happening this afternoon from other collectives include: ECU Well Being will be making friendship jewe...llery and keyrings. ECU Women's Community will have a raffle and a gratitude board for you to participate in. ECU Queer Collective will be making loom bracelets. ECU Ethnocultural Collective will be playing charades. We will be doing some collages with magazines and maybe even some journaling to help awaken those dream goals of yours. In order to understand what this is all about take a look at this video. It should explain what a Vision Dream Board is and the type of engaging processes one can make in order to make it happen. Please take the time to view as it can be a useful tool in determin...ing exactly what you want out of life and it also a fun activity to do in your spare time. 02.01.2022 This evening the MASN team were busy hosting a gratitude and vision board workshop. These were some of the vision boards that were made after doing some journalling. We would also like to thank all of the students who came down to visit us, Student Guild and ECU Malaysian Club for coming along as well. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as we certainly did.

Come and join our MASN team and Student Guild to learn some new techniques and skills as to how to defend yourself should you be put into a uncomfortable or dangerous situation. As students it is essential that we all feel safe on and off campus. Our first self defense classes will start this Wednesday at ECU Sports on Joondalup Campus (B22.127) and will continue each week after that. Emma ...is committed and passionate about addressing the drivers of gender-based violence in our Community through health promotion and has been supporting student health and wellbeing at UWA since 2012. Emma is a Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Executive Officer on the UWA Safer Communities Working Group and has recently introduced the Step Up Bystander Training Program to help support the creation of a safe and respectful UWA Community through prosocial bystander action.
