17.01.2022 Effective communication is a critical skill to ensure the impact of your research reaches target audiences such as academia, media, industry and community. How we communicate is often influenced by context, experiences, cultural background and personality types. This session will provide practical strategies for communicating the significance of your research in a range of academic, community and industry contexts including conferences, journal abstracts and media releases. Issues around communicating with supervisors and other stakeholders will be discussed. On tomorrow at Joondalup campus, 9.30am- 12.30pm. Registrations essential.
