22.01.2022 The ECU Guild is carefully responding and acting on advice provided by the University and the Australian Government regarding COVID-19. Based on this advice we are enacting social distancing and best practice measures to ensure the continued wellbeing of our members and staff. Please note there will be modifications and restrictions to Guild Services: The Guild kitchen facilities in Mount Lawley and Joondalup will be closed from Wednesday 18 March 2020. A pop up breakfast m...arquee will be available in Joondalup on Thursday 19 March and Friday 20 March from 8am-10am. Food provided by the Guild will not be available in the South West Common room. The Guilds Mount Lawley office will be closed from Wednesday 18 March 2020. Textbook pickups can be made by appointment, email [email protected] or call 08 6304 2640 to make alternate arrangements. Student Assist appointments will be conducted via phone or through written correspondence. Our Guild Student Assist officers will still be available to help you navigate University policy and you can still make appointments online here: https://ecuguild.org.au/bookings All non-essential Guild and Club events will be cancelled for the remainder of Semester 1 or until advice changes. We encourage clubs who need to meet for essential meetings (such as AGMs) to do so via virtual platforms such as skype. All ECU Guild Offices will be closed on Wednesday 25 March and Thursday 26 March as we trial working from home options. Staff will still be available by email and telephone during this time.
