Valley of Spices, is a food fest like no other, straight from the streets of Asia. Fortitude Valley is a Brisbane suburb we all head to whenever we crave for finger-licking Asian food. So, naming our aroma-rich, flavourful event Valley of Spices is an ode to our favorite neighborhood that exhibits a similar set of qualities. We plan to bring on the table some of... the most loved and sought-after dishes and curries from the streets of India, Thailand, Korea, Japan and many other parts of Asia.
