Their imagination is developing and this is where I see nightmares and fear develop. ... A night light is something I recommend to have in your child’s room when this occurs It is very important that your night light is dim and has a warm tone. Try stay away from blue or white colours/ lights that have pictures etc. These colours can interfere with the melatonin production.
