21.01.2022 Often times, we don’t associate a baby and the park. There are a ton of toddlers and elementary aged kids flying all over the equipment and running around like crazy! 18.01.2022 August is celebrated as Breastfeeding Month. How's your experience breastfeeding your little one? We know that Breastfeeding is HARD. It would be easy if our natural instincts would kick in right away. Both you and your baby must learn how to do it together. For some moms, breastfeeding is emotionally and physically draining. By the end of the first month, we wanted to throw in the towel and quit. Done with the bloody cracked nipples and painful latching. However, since there are so many reasons why breast milk is the best food for infants and we had the supply, we do what’s best for our baby. Moms, if you are struggling, know that it gets so much better and the moments become so special. So hang in there, it’s OKAY to stop but if you feel like you can do more, go for it, mama!

We definitely must start planning on trying to reduce our use of plastic even more and in every aspect of our lives. We know SOME plastic is unavoidable, but there are so many simple, small changes we can make that will help reduce plastic pollution. It’s actually quite an enjoyable experience, and if you haven’t started eliminating your single use plastics yet... try it out!
