25.01.2022 Despite with all of the recent challenges, works at our Australind site are progressing pretty well. With all of the display homes in now, we are turning our attention to complete the gardens, landscaping and security fencing. 24.01.2022 The team at Earthcare have been working hard this week to finish the beautiful, water wise, low care, native gardens around all of the display homes. Few more plants to go in but coming along nicely. Hope to have finished by Tuesday 31st March 2020. With all the happenings this week, great to see things progressing well.

22.01.2022 We are getting close to starting all of the landscaping at the front and rear of the clubhouse. Our builder Smith Construction is progressing well with the internal works with walls, ceilings, wiring etc. This is the time where it seems like not much is happening but in reality, attention to detail with internal works is required. 19.01.2022 What a difference a week makes with our build team on the job. Even with all of the wet weather this week, the Smith Construction team have been pressing on with the commencement of the outside bowling green. Roof completion is very close with window installation starting next week. Even the cinema graduated seating is taking shape. Want to take a tour of the site? 18.01.2022 Over the next fortnight, Edenlife is hosting two special events where guests will be given all the facts, no fluff. The Edenlife sundowner kicks things off next Wednesday. A relaxed wine and cheese information session where guests can tour the Edenlife facilities and wonderful display homes. Saturday the 5th of December will be our last seminar for the year. This seminar will feature two special guest speakers with a focus on money matters and the current local real estate market. A reminder to all that the Edenlife clubhouse is open 7 days week. 16.01.2022 Our first 4 fabulous display homes are now ready for small group or individual tour. Now all fully furnished, the presentation of our homes demands at least a visit to view. The homes are finished to a very high spec, not just because they are display homes but that is the standard high spec for all homes. Stone bench tops, window furnishings, high ceilings are just the start. As a backdrop to our displays, the magnificent clubhouse along with community facilities such as the... bowling green, are now well and truly taking shape. The clubhouse is now almost at lock up stage with the final sheeting on the roof to be completed this week, weather permitting. The perimeter fencing to provide a high level of security is well advanced with all of the brickwork now complete in readiness for the anodised inlays. Our automatic gates are under construction and we hope to have these installed in a few weeks. Once installed, gates can be opened after hours with a confidential code activated via your mobile telephone, while you remain safe and secure within your vehicle. 16.01.2022 Books Needed The Edenlife Clubhouse is finally completed. We are seeking preloved unwanted books in good condition to be donated to our clubhouse library for use by our residents. We are interested in a range of books (Biographies, Short Stories, Fiction and Non-Fiction), including a few kids books for when the families come to visit. ... This 360-degree photo allows you to see all the equipment within our fitness centre with views of the community garden and playground. 04.01.2022 Bowls Day at Edenlife. Today we hosted a mixed pairs tournament on our brand new green. Perfect sunny weather topped off an excellent day at the Edenlife haven. 8 teams from Harvey, Collie, Brunswick, Eaton and Binningup made up the competition for the first bowls event at Edenlife. Above the clubhouse, you can see a range of outdoor facilities which we offer. 03.01.2022 Over the weekend we held the grand opening of the Edenlife clubhouse. Officially opened by Hon. Mick Murray, minister for seniors and ageing alongside Lester Group founder Dick Lester. Edenlife welcomed over 100 guests who enjoyed light refreshments and nibbles. Event MC Tim Gossage and Bill Marshall spoke about the Edenlife journey, when is the right time to downsize and thanked all those possible who helped along the way.
