23.01.2022 There has been alot of chatting in the spa the last couple of weeks around food, diet, feeling the effects of COVID eating/drinking etc etc. I am not trained in nutrition but I have had alot of experience on both sides of the food 'plate' personally and professionally. So here is my top 5 tips when it comes to eating and being well:... 1. Food is not the enemy. 2. 80% of your health and wellness results will come from your diet and nutrition. Exercise, selfcare and healthy lifestyle habits make up the rest. 3. Own your choices. Remove the guilt and the shame around the food you eat but always try and counterbalance. 4. Portion Control. 5. Eat the foods that make you THRIVE. Every BODY tolerates, digests and absorbs food differently, so eat the foods that make you feel well and give YOUR body clarity and energy.

14.01.2022 With a heavy heart we have decided to 'CLOSE' the spa again. In alignment with the current advice from NSW Health we have decided to cancel all appointments booked with us until 24th Dec. We hope that by making the sacrifice to stay home we will be able to return in the New Year performing all our treatments as normal.... Our intention is to reopen the spa on Tue 5th Jan once we return from our (now extended) Christmas break. We are still taking orders for contactless Christmas Gift Vouchers.
