20.01.2022 Dear church family I hope and pray you are all well. As you would know, the 3 days of lockdown has concluded however some restrictions are still in place until January 22. The church Board met tonight to discuss what to do for Edens church this Sabbath. Because the restrictions require that we cap numbers in church at 50 people, and everyone will need to wear masks while in church, it has been decided that church will be cancelled again this week. I encourage you to spend Sa...bbath with your family, read the Bible, pray and enjoy each other's company. We hope and pray that we will be able to meet together in church on Sabbath, January 23rd. Please keep an eye on your emails and our Facebook page for any updates. Below are some government guidelines. Smaller venues up to 200m can have one person per 2m up to a maximum of 50. Gatherings are restricted to 20 people in homes and public spaces. Masks must be worn in indoor places including shopping centers and supermarkets, gyms, places of worship... Blessings Pr Graeme

16.01.2022 Last Sabbath, some of our young adults attended the SQ Conference Youth Rally, at Northpine. Our young adults served as the welcome team at the entrance and Tia served as AV leader for the day. Pr Andrew shared the message. Pancakes were served for breakfast for those that were early and Haystacks served for lunch. Great message, awesome worship. Proud of our young adults. Pr Graeme

16.01.2022 Dear friends, Greater Brisbane (5 local Government areas of Brisbane) is going into a 3 day lock down as of 5pm this afternoon. Please do not panic buy. The shops will be open and you can go to the shops to buy what you need over the next 3 days.... Everyone in Greater Brisbane is asked to remain in Brisbane and to stay home. Schools will be closed for the next 3 days as of 5pm today. Aged Care facilities are in lockdown until Friday. Only essential workers can go to work. Only if you need essential food items and medicine and to exercise or to assist a vulnerable person can you go outside of your home. Everyone in greater Brisbane is to wear masks indoors when at shopping centre, ride share care, public transport. Outside of Brisbane, people should wear a mask where you can’t physically distance in public areas and public transport. Anyone with symptoms, come forward and do a COVID-19 test.
