10.01.2022 This week saw our team from Edge working with a diverse range of clients from a large government department in the area of managing aggressive clients to working with teams within the utilities sector in the area of Respectful Relationships in the Workplace. At our weekly team meeting we all agreed, doesnt matter what clients we are working with and whether the conflict is from angry customers, clients or work colleagues.
