17.01.2022 This post has nothing to do with the real estate business expressly however it effects every business in Australia. We the punters out there in the real world probably are all confused by the rules of CV19 NO WONDER. The CV19, has at the start of the virus united all Aussies, in a funny way the majority of the punters want the best for the mob!!! Now many painful weeks into this event, the CV19 appears to be easing or slowing down thank goodness. Here is the sting in the ta...il, many, many businesses are on the bones of their arse, this place called Australia has to be OPEN FOR BUSINESS NOW, keep the current situation up, there will be no turning back there will be no businesses around. We have the states making their own rules up on the run, and we have the Federal Government giving us advice and direction, and then we have the states overruling ignoring the Federal Government this is a JOKE. This idea has been around for a long time take the big bold decision now. As this is the perfect time and look to SPEAR DROP REMOVE all the States and Territories and unite Australia without state borders to borrow a line from YES MINISTER PM THAT IS A VERY BRAVE DECISION!!! Let us at least try to get rid of all the duplication, waste, and corruption. Just imagine all the howls from the people who are a protected species in government totally immune from any heart acre, who receive their pay each and every fortnight NO MATTER WHAT. Now is the time to think outside the box. Final Point, I would imagine the majority of these people making decisions, have NEVER been in business and had their home on the line for security NEVER. 12.01.2022 Contrary to all the media reports that real estate sales are dying a slow and painful death, I wish to stand against this mantra from the media, and to announce - buyers are back (probably never vacated this space) and are actively looking to buy!! There is however a lack of (stock) property on the market, therefore the rule of supply and demand naturally kicks in, and you don’t have to be a genius to nut out, it is not a bad time to place your property on the market for sale (if you are considering selling) I wish you all well and good luck.
