25.01.2022 Magnetic tiles are the must have open-ended resource for all children. Not only do they provide endless possibilities for play, they also encourage children to build key skills in development. Children need to be allowed to be children, and play is a large part of that. Play, especially open-ended play allows children to make sense of the world around them and ultimately build the skills needed to learn for the future. Building on: #social #emotional #cognitive #grossmotor #finemotor just to name a few!

22.01.2022 It's moments like this that make me feel so proud of what I do... It has been an absolute pleasure. The years have flown! But they have brought with it so many wonderful memories I will treasure... As in any job you have your difficult times but you always made it so comfortable & easy! I'm happy to know that we have built a lovely friendship & I love knowing i have the opportunity in seeing you all again & watching the boy's grow into adulthood... 04.01.2022 We use real (not plastic) plates, bowls and cups because we believe: Children can be empowered and allowed to use 'real' things; we can show the child we trust and respect them.... Children are capable; we can respond to their abilities and help them develop their skills. Children need to be allowed to learn natural consequences, drop a glass and it will break. We do not need to protect children from consequences. Naturally we don't want to cause harm to our children however breakages can provide an excellent opportunity to learn about cleaning up safely from an appropriate age. Children can learn and adjust their movements to protect the fragility of their environment
