We were really glad to be asked by Department of Health and Human Services (dhhs) to help with meals for frontline and emergency services workers based at the lockdown tower in Flemington. ... The staff at Flemington are working in a very dynamic environment so a big shout out to the amazing businesses that prepared and delivered meals for us all weekend, some on very short notice. The Trade Place Cafe made 150 meals for dinner on Friday with only 5 hours notice, Edge Hospitality did 30 dinners on Saturday with 4 hours notice and Sumac Lebanese Bakery Cafe did 45 meals for lunch today with only 2 hours notice.
