19.01.2022 Hi all. Just thought we’d give a little update to say we are still ticking along, brewing, distilling and barreling as we can. The attached photos show a recent batch going into the fermenter, then busily fermenting. Also a recent family trip in the car ( approved under the quarantine rules) to transport our much awaited batch of barrels ( ex sullivans cove) special thanks to Transwood cooperage for fixing them up for us. Oh and a relaxing boilermaker on the deck after.

14.01.2022 We had a great weekend touring and tasting with the group from whisky infusiasts . Thanks to everyone who participated helped and hosted. Cheers it was fantastic. Great to see the overeem brand back in the family and producing some great drams. Hobart whisky as friendly as ever with a great range. Whitelabel distillery is a big impressive setup.
