22.01.2022 Tomorrow is the final chance to have your say on the proposed development of Quarry Park. It takes only a few minutes to strongly oppose the commercial and housing aspects and the road through which will create traffic running through our quiet suburb. https://www.joondalup.wa.gov.au/edgewater-quarry-draft-pref

22.01.2022 Don’t leave it until the last minute! Please do the public consultation today.

16.01.2022 If you haven’t already done the Quarry Park consultation please make sure you do this weekend. Submissions close 5pm this Wednesday 11th November. You can find the consultation here. https://www.joondalup.wa.gov.au/edgewater-quarry-draft-pref

16.01.2022 Edgewater Quarry Park has always been a park for the community and the 'preferred' plan is not consistent with ratepayer expectations from previous community su...rveys. Please complete the consultation for Edgewater Quarry Park. Oppose selling a park to developers. Oppose commercial, residential, and the road. Encourage our Council to join with the community for a better vision for Edgewater Quarry Park and leave a park as a legacy for the community. Have your say in the online consultation to the City of Joondalup at https://www.research.net/r/QPD55YK Source: City of Joondalup, CJ080-04/09 Edgewater Quarry Development Report on Community Feedback from Community Consultation, Aggregate Preferred Development Options All Submissions. 'The City received 1276 submissions from the public which represents a response rate of 38%. In general, a return rate of 20% is considered acceptable and valid.'

15.01.2022 It’s not just Carnaby cockatoos that enjoy Quarry Park.

13.01.2022 Consultation has ended, we will let you know when the results are out. Fingers crossed for a better outcome for Quarry Park.

05.01.2022 Covid-19 has taught us we all need parks for our well being. It is not only us but the wildlife also needs places that are peaceful and undisturbed.
