24.01.2022 A finally reminder for Easter egg donations. Anyone wanting to donate Easter products that we can use to make some amazing prizes can we have them all at the centre by Thursday morning please so the staff can make up our baskets. Also any raffle tickets sold or unsold can these please also be returned. Thank you for your support.

22.01.2022 Our Wednesday our preschool friends were lucky to be involved in a real baby bathing. Myahs Mum brought in 6 month old Hazel to have a bath. This was a lovely experience for our children and a nice way for a parent to be involved in the centre. We would like to thank Shernay, Myah and baby Hazel for coming to visit and providing this experience to enrich our curriculum.

20.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day to all of our beautiful Mums and Grandmas and Nannas. We hope you liked your gifts as much as we enjoyed making them .

19.01.2022 Today the Wednesday Friends in the preschool room visited St Benedicts primary school. We walked to the school, had morning tea while we watched the school children participate in their sports in schools program, we then visited the library and the library teacher read 2 stories. We were lucky enough to then play in the playground on the climbing equipment, before a toilet stop and then off to the canteen with $0.50 to buy an ice block. A huge thank you to St Benedicts for having us at their school today. We loved it. We are so proud of all our preschool friends who listened, had fun and represented Edgeworth child care centre so beautifully in our community.

18.01.2022 Today we shared a literacy experience with our friends from St Benedict's. The yr 6 mini vinnies bought a book from their school library and read it to our preschoolers. After the children engaged in drawing about the story before participating in our indoor program. Our preschoolers were very excited to have big school friends at our preschool. This experience is part of our community links program. We have been to St Benedict's for the book week parade and the Easter hat parade. In the coming weeks we hope to visit as part of our school readiness program sharing in a library visit and visiting the canteen. A big Thank you to St Benedict's Catholic school for your visit .

12.01.2022 Good Morning In regards to tomorrow and current fire warnings we will be open tomorrow and are keeping up to date with local authorities. Our evacuation point is St Benedict's Catholic school. At this stage they are open tomorrow aswell.If they close then we will reassess our decision and let you know as soon as possible.
