When arriving at the school for your booked appointment, please utilise the Minmi Rd staff car park and enter the Residence building via the side entrance. Please have your mobile phone with you, as you will be required to complete a QR code check in upon arrival. Alternatively, orders can be made online at www.countryfeelinguniforms.com.au, click on 'shop', select Edgeworth Primary and click on the items you require. Payment for online orders can be made by Paypal or debit/credit card. Please note: when ordering online during the holidays, your order will not be available for collection until school resumes.

24.01.2022 USB STICKS At the end of the year the school starts the process of archiving digital work that has been completed by students. These works are stored on a drive at school, but we like to give our students the opportunity to take work home. If you would like copies of this work, please send a USB drive in to school with your child so work can be saved on it.

24.01.2022 Orientation Day for Year 6 (Year 7, 2021) at GTHS This is tomorrow (01/12/2020) Students are asked to arrive by 8.50am for a 9am start and the day will end at 3.10pm. They are able to catch normal GTHS buses with friends or siblings or travel with parents/carers. Due to COVID restrictions, parents/carers are asked not to enter school grounds. Students need to bring their Recess and a drink and their pencil case. A sausage sizzle lunch and drink will be provided.

22.01.2022 ***Easter Hat Parade UPDATE*** Due to the generous amounts of rain we have had over the past couple of weeks, we unfortunately can no longer use our new school oval for our Easter hat parade. Instead, we will hold our Easter hat parade in our usual place around the hall. Student's will be seated inside the school hall, and chairs will be set up for parents and carer's outside of the school hall. ... There is now no need for parents and carer's to bring their own chair, as chairs will be set up prior to the event now that it has changed locations. The event will still be broken into two parades, with K-2 commencing at 9:30am and Years 3-6 beginning at 10:30am. The event will conclude at 11:10am. If you would like to take your child home after the event, please see your child's teacher to sign them out. We ask that all parent's and carer's still enter the school grounds at Gate 1, where you will find multiple check in points to scan the NSW QR code. We are really looking forward to celebrating a HUGE end of term with our wonderful community, and can't wait to see you there!

14.01.2022 Health Reminder Please be aware that like similar reports in the media we have had a number of students with a stomach bug recently. If your child reports that they are feeling unwell in the morning we ask that you consider keeping them at home. It is also recommended that following a gastro illness students not return to school until 48 hours after the last 'symptom'.

11.01.2022 YEAR 6: FINAL DAY Our Year 6 students will celebrate their final day of primary school tomorrow. Year 6 students are invited to bring a red EPS school shirt and black sharpie to school to have these signed, if they would like to do so. They will also be given their Year 6 yearbooks at a short graduation assembly, which they can also have signed. At the end of the day, Year 6 will participate in a COVIDSafe Clapout, making their way around the school from 3pm as classes stand outside, culminating in a final ring of the 'old' school bell. Year 6 parents are invited to observe the clapout and bell ringing from Area 3 (the grassed area beside the library/play equipment).

08.01.2022 We didn't recognise our preschoolers today when they arrived dressed in their uniforms for their "Big School Dress Up Day'. They are so excited for Kindergarten next year.

06.01.2022 Just a reminder that pizza orders for Party days need to be in on time, in order to ensure your child is catered for. Kindergarten students orders are due by Wednesday 2 December. Orders for Stage 1, 2, and 3 are to be handed in by Friday 4 December. Unfortunately, no late orders will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

02.01.2022 SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKS You will have noticed that temporary fencing has gone up around our administration building. Over the holidays, remediation and building works will take place on the roof of the administration building. As such, we would like to inform our community that the entire school site is strictly off-limits for the duration of the building works/holiday period.
