22.01.2022 CLIENT SHOUTOUT Candice has been crushing her fitness goals since having baby Kira just over 9 months ago. (Side note: how cute is Kira?!) After being cleared by her GP a few months after giving birth- she was right back into the gym! ... Her PT sessions are focused around rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, along with general fitness & fat loss goals. Candice is currently 9kg down, and her strength & fitness increase is through the roof!! Babies being babies, sometimes our sessions don’t always go to plan. So, we adjust as we go and sometimes we improvise with weights! #preandpostnatalfitness

09.01.2022 And on Saturday’s, we lift. Deadlift 1RM testing for Jocelyn & Olivia. Olivia - 95KG (up 20KG from 5 weeks ago)... Jocelyn - 80KG (up 10KG from 5 weeks ago) Way to go ladies!!!! Because limits, like fears, are often just an illusion.

04.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT Andrew Croxford Andy has been a nutrition client of mine since the end of Jan this year, and his results so far are amazing! ... In just 7 weeks his stats are: 4.5% Body Fat 8KG 24cm overall circumference 36mm in skin fold testing Andy has mostly focused on his diet during this time, and has only just started adding in some light cardio and weights training (programmed by me).
